Disruption and schoolEdit
This is the offense that defines such archetypes like the class clown. Be it talking while the teacher is talking, or distracting other students from their lessons, other than fighting or cheating this is probably one of least tolerated offenses in school. While general inattentiveness is undesirable in a pupil when it only affects them, it is an issue that can be overlooked in favor of other priorities. However when such behaviour also causes others to be inattentive to the lesson, or simply make the lesson harder to hear, then it can't be overlooked as being unfair to the rest of the class.
