James Gillray
James Gillray (1757-1815) was a British caricaturist and printmaker famous for his etched political and social satires, mainly published between 1792 and 1810.

James Gillray did several works of spanking art (early examples of spanking or flogging in caricature), as well as other works featuring prominently bare bottoms:
