Boxer briefs

Boxer briefs are a type of male underwear that are tight like briefs, but still have long legs like boxer shorts. They are becoming increasingly popular and are now the underwear choice for many teenagers and young men.

Boxer briefs are form-fitting type, offering more support than boxer shorts. They are usually made of a soft, flannel-type material, often a combination of cotton and spandex. Boxer briefs can have various types of front, including keyhole flies, button fronts, pouches, or no fly at all. The waistband is usually a separate band of elastic, often in a contrasting colour to the flannel material, and often has the name of the manufacturer (e.g. "Calvin Klein") printed on it repeatedly. There may be additional elastic sewn in around the end of the legs, to stop them from riding up.

Boxer briefs and spankingEdit

Boxer briefs commonly have stitching on the rear, which avoids the use of a central seam and also outlines the buttocks. This is particularly helpful for seeing where the sitspots are for spanking (see photo in gallery for illustration). However, the more complete coverage of the underwear does mean that it offers more protection during a spanking, and this style of underwear cannot easily be pulled into the crack to expose the buttocks, unlike briefs.
